My No$GBA emulator does not recall any of my saved settings and even my saved files. Every time I start using it, I need to start from scratch. Why is this happening? What can I do to fix this?

There are two possible solutions to your problem.
First, you can reset your setting under the Save Options categories which you can find in the Options menu.

Second, you could possibly be running your emulator under an archive folder. This certain situation would not really be able to save your settings and saves since archive folders are just temporary ones. Instead of saving your files on the same folder, it opens another temporary folder that hinders your emulator from reading the previously saved settings and games. Extract your emulator to another folder and your games will be better.
