My No$GBA emulator does not recall any of my saved settings and even my saved files. Every time I start using it, I need to start from scratch. Why is this happening? What can I do to fix this?

There are two possible solutions to your problem.
nogba rotate emulator screenFirst, you can reset your setting under the Save Options categories which you can find in the Options menu.

Second, you could possibly be running your emulator under an archive folder. This certain situation would not really be able to save your settings and saves since archive folders are just temporary ones. Instead of saving your files on the same folder, it opens another temporary folder that hinders your emulator from reading the previously saved settings and games. Extract your emulator to another folder and your games will be better.

NO$GBA (pronounced as English nocash GBA) is a proprietary emulator and debugger of the portable game consoles Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS for Windows and DOS. Written by German developer Martin Court under the pseudonym NOCASH.

Since the release of version 2.7c, both the emulator and the debugger are free, and the development of the program continues at the expense of donations. Until now, only the version without debugger GBA and NDS was free (the debugger is usually only needed for developers or romhakers). For home use (hobby), the cost of the debugger was $ 15 (or 15 €, 20 A $ / C $, £ 10, 2000 ¥) or $ 750 to $ 5 thousand for commercial use, depending on the conditions

You can play using keyboard and mouse for the touch controls or setup and use any windows compatible gamepad.
