I want to make changes on my screen display. Where should I go to set the changes?
If you completely rely on No$GBA emulator itself, you cannot perform this changes. But still, you can make use of some additional utilities to enable zooming. You can consider the NDS2xGL2 which offers a 1.5 zooming property or MyZoom which offers more zoom and filter abilities.

If you are not comfortable in multi-tasking while playing, you can just reset your screen resolution to 640x480 to enable a change of screen size. You can access this by right-clicking on your screen and clicking the Property tab.  From there, you will select the Compatibility Tab and then the Display Settings. Afterwards, you will find the different resolution setting. Just choose the one that you want to resize the screen.

How can I rotate my screen to adjust to some games?

Changing the screen size of your NoGBA emulator would be quite difficult since this certain feature is currently available only for the GBA mode. Still, this will not be quite a problem since there are already many third party applications that can change the screen of your NoGBA. For example, you can use the application NDS2Xgl in some cases.

Given that these programs significantly slow the emulator, some may like another way: Right-click on the No$GBA icon and select Properties. Go to the Compatibility tab and check the 640x480 screen resolution. As a result, when the emulator starts, the desktop goes into 640x480 resolution and the emulator window becomes larger. But for some, the shortcuts on the desktop spontaneously move. To restore the position of shortcuts, you can use programs like Iconoid.
